久々に After a long absence

久々の介護日記です。

アメリカ、シカゴへ行ために約３週間母を預けていました。

そして、母が帰ってきてまたすぐ８月に入ってお盆行事のためにまた２週間ほど母を預けていました。

母が帰ってきて、やっと私の日常の生活に戻ったって気持ちがします。

そして、少しだけ気が引き締まると同時に、やはりなんというか束縛された気持ちにはなりますね。

アメリカは、ただ観光で行ったわけではなくて、メインはボランティア。

そのスケジュールはとてもハードで、ボランティアメンバーのサポートのほかに、セラピー、食事や掃除など家事全般と日本にいるときと変わらないような毎日でした。

でも広い大地と、広いお家と（向こうで借りてた家が豪邸でした！）　そしてなによりも素晴らしい仲間たちのおかげで、とても幸せでした。

　心も身体も大きなシカゴの仲間たちの中で過ごす何日間は　とても心が開放されました。

またひとつ私の中の不要な枠が取れました。

そして、今日からブログはいつもできないかもしれないけど、英語の勉強も兼ねて英文も載せることにしました。

アメリカの仲間たちにも紹介しようと思います。

It is a care diary after a long absence.

I left mother with an institution for about 3 weeks to go to U.S.A., Chicago.

And mother returned and, in addition, August began immediately and left mother for the Bon festibal event again for approximately 2 weeks.

Mother returns and feels even if at last I return to my everyday life.

And my mind is tightned a little ,and at the same time as  what you say  I become the feeling restricted after all.

I did not go to U.S.A by sightseeing.

It is the volunteer.

The schedule was very tight.

The support of the volunteer member , therapy, meal and cleaning are housework whole.

It was every day that did not change at all when in Japan.

But I am very happy, because the large earth and a large house（The house which I borrowed over there was a mansion!） and  the first ,  lovely companions!!　My heart was thrown open very much for several days that both the  big heart and the big body spent among friends of Chicago .

I got my needless frames .

And, as for the blog, the English study decided I served, and to pick up the English sentence from today though I might not do it all the time.

I intend to introduce it to American friends.
